Why they are so protected by the law ?

When you think about it they are selling stuff just like anybody else but the product they sell is ridiculously expensive and if they don’t deliver what they are selling the buyer loses it and the surgeons ( sellers) get away with it!

I don’t think it’s wrong not to guarantee great results . It’s wrong not to guarantee good results . Cosmetic work is done for obvious cosmetic reasons and if I pay for a tummy tuck go make my belly flat you better make my belly flat . Dr Shelby Brantley not only made a giant incision in my belly . He made my belly uglier and told

Me it is what it is . Like what ????? Are you sure you are a doctor ??? We all have different expectations. What is wrong is to deliver poor results , making your client ( aka patient) to look worse than before the procedure! And not disclose this to the patient .

What they do is to make you sign tons of paperwork that nobody reads it . But I guarantee nobody signs anything that states something like :” I might botch your body . And if I do. Too bad…! See ya loser “!

What did he do to my body ???? Is he really a doctor ? Sometimes I wonder .

Why he didn’t apologize? Why he didn’t do what we agreed on ? He should have removed my entire tattoo , should have left me with a flat belly and implants under the muscle to avoid rippling . My belly looks awfully disgusting and I have horrible rippling in my breasts . I want my money back !

He told me to gain weight !

Regarding the bad miserable Breast implants results , he had the audacity to tell me to gain weight . Seriously ? We look for plastic surgeons to get rid of all that fat and this guy tells me to gain weight. Like , for real Dr Brantley ?

I can’t wait for my imaging results . After surgery he admitted he made a mistake and placed my implants above muscle instead of under the muscle as I requested . Almost two months later he claimed he got confused again and my implants are indeed UNDER the muscle as we agreed prior surgery .
well which one Dr ? Can you make up your mind please ?

Botched !!!

I was shocked when I wokeup and my full tattoo was still there ( he told me he would remove it entirely ). And I started crying when I looked at my bellybutton and despite all the edema I knew it was untouched ! He haven’t done much at all . I knew the outcome would be bad.

My husband and I called the clinic – I asked about my tattoo . Why was the tattoo still there ? Why my bellybutton still looked the same ? They couldn’t talk to me !

on follow up visit I questioned the doctor about my results and he told me I was beautiful.

I asked about my implants and he said he thought they were under the muscle ( seriously he said he couldn’t remember and asked me to flex my chest ).

a few weeks later I noticed my final results would be a disaster and I went back there . This time he examined my breasts and noticed the rippling … he excused himself to read his notes and came back telling me my implants were NOT under the muscle . That he placed them ABOVE the muscle ( against my wish ), I asked why ??? His answer ? Because that’s where the old ones were !

I felt horrible . He told me to come back there in 4 weeks .

I wrote him and his nurse . I asked how much skin was removed … they never answered me . I showed him my horrible belly …

he told me that’s how it is . That basically it is what it is !
and this time he told me he thought about it and remembered he placed my implants sunder the muscle !!! And that my old implants were under the muscle too !!!

I was like :” what “??? So you lied last time ?!!! He said he got confused ,

And basically implied my last doctor lied to

me saying my implants were above the muscle.
how in the world could he say such a thing ?!!! I had mammograms done ! My implants were totally above the muscle !!! And I am

99% they are above the muscle now too ! He placed 650ccs implants on me Claiming they are bellow the muscle ?? With all that rippling ??? He lies so much I don’t know how I could trust this
